OYAKKENT Silhouette is a prestigious mixed-use development project located in Başakşehir, Istanbul, developed by OYAK Construction, consisting of 1,003 residential units, 23 villas and 20 commercial units. The project is designed to provide sustainable and high-quality living standards with its modern living spaces, social facilities, landscaped areas, and commercial units.
Ekinoks Mechanical Systems Industry and Trade Inc. is responsible for the engineering coordination, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and turnkey delivery of all mechanical systems within the scope of the project.
The scope of work includes HVAC (heating, cooling and ventilation), sanitary plumbing, fire protection systems, pump and booster systems, mechanical equipment installations, piping systems, and all mechanical infrastructure works.
All mechanical systems are implemented in compliance with national and international standards, project technical specifications, and quality requirements.
